Vibe coding with AI – There is now a term for what I do: vibe coding. It describes the way you work with AI tools without having to do any hardcore programming yourself. AI in coding opens up completely new possibilities – from web development to apps, games and marketing computers. Today I’ll show you what vibe coding means, what problems it solves and how I’ve implemented over 100 of my own tools in the last few months – from real estate apps to fashion brand quizzes. I am a generalist. Marketing, design, strategy, coding – I want to be able to do everything somehow and I want to save time with more quality. AI tools are the game changer for me because they make it possible to be active in all areas at the same time. You used to have to specialize, but now you can have your own little development studio in your pocket with AI. That’s exactly what vibe coding is: Implementing ideas freely, testing quickly, making mistakes, improving – and all at a speed never seen before.

This experience shows that technology changes, but the core remains the same – those who understand how tools work early on are ahead of the game. Today, we are ready for the next evolutionary stage in marketing.

Problems in “small” web development: What has always generated me
We’ve all been there: you have a good idea for an app or tool. But then the frustration begins. You either have to spend weeks at the computer yourself, pay an expensive full-stack developer or find someone via platforms like Fiverr. No matter which way you go – it’s effort, it costs time and money. Many good ideas die at exactly this point because the hurdles are too big. Traditional web development has long been a bottleneck for creatives and entrepreneurs.

And this is exactly where Vibe Coding comes in. AI makes development fast, relaxed and, with a little practice, incredibly productive. Instead of coding for weeks, you work with prompts. You simply say what you need, and tools like ChatGPT or … for all beginners, stick with ChatGPT for now … do the rest. Of course, you still have to think, test and expand – but the speed is brutal.
Do the math: What used to take 184 hours can now be done in 1 hour while you relax and drink your coffee – PS I’m drinking cappuccino and orange juice while the new marketing computers are finished!
This changes the way you think about projects – suddenly nothing is “too costly” anymore.

Vibe Coding: App Immobilien Investment
One of my first projects with Vibe Coding was the Immobilien Guru app. It combines an app, WordPress plugin and over 50 individual tools for real estate investments. In the past, you would have needed an entire team of developers for this, but today a mix of AI tools and clear prompts is enough. The result: a usable application that offers real added value – in a fraction of the time. The app provides practical support, especially for investors who need quick calculations and comparisons.

I love Duolingo because it’s a fun way to learn languages. I have transferred this principle to real estate. With the real estate learning app, users can learn everything from how to calculate the first net yield before buying to appreciation and rent increases. AI enabled me to develop this project quickly without having to rely on a huge budget. It makes expertise in a field that often seems dry and complex easily accessible and interactive.
Vibe coding is also worth its weight in gold in marketing projects. I have developed over 20 marketing calculators on Social Media One. You can use them to calculate KPIs such as conversion rate, CPC or CTR free of charge. The tools not only help us at the agency, but also our customers to better understand and manage their campaigns. With traditional coding, this would have been a mammoth project – with AI, it was a series of weekend sessions. These computers are a real time and cost saver, especially for performance marketing.
Playful projects are also possible. With the fashion brand quiz, you can get to know the biggest luxury brands such as Balenciaga, Gucci or Hermès in a playful way. For me, this is a tribute to my model agency and my fashion magazine. Projects like this show how flexible vibe coding is – it’s not just about business, but also about entertainment and education. At the same time, you train knowledge that is extremely relevant in the fashion and luxury industry.
Another example from the entertainment corner: GNTM Bingo. Every year, when Heidi Klum is looking for new models, the game becomes a small party attraction. With Vibe Coding, I was able to implement and publish the game quickly – a project that would probably never have seen the light of day without AI. Projects like this show that even small, fun ideas can be implemented immediately.
From small games to educational apps – everything is included. One example is the Peppa Game that I published with CM Models. Games like this show that vibe coding also works for creative projects outside of business and marketing. Speed is crucial here in particular, because you can try out spontaneous ideas straight away.
One of my favorite projects is the Gold Guru app. Inspired by the series “Heinz im Glück” (DMAX), I built a small app that displays the live gold price. Another example of how quickly ideas can be implemented if you use the right AI tools. In the past, you would have hired a team of developers for this – today, a weekend full of vibe coding sessions is enough. For investors, such a tool is extremely valuable as it makes prices available in real time.

Vibe coding is more than just a buzzword. It is a new approach to turning ideas into reality – quickly, flexibly and without huge budgets. Whether it’s real estate apps, marketing computers or small games: With AI, anyone can implement projects that would have been impossible in the past. This not only opens up new possibilities for agencies, but also for individuals who want to bring their ideas to life. Vibe coding is therefore not just technology, but a way of thinking: start quickly, make mistakes, improve – and always keep moving.

At the moment, you still have to enter your prompts yourself. But the next step is just around the corner: AI agents. These tools can perform tasks independently, scrape data, collect information and even interact with platforms. Example: “Go to LinkedIn and search for 100 people who work in area XY” – an AI agent does this automatically. This takes vibe coding to a whole new level because you are no longer just operating tools, but automating entire processes.
Simple case: Create a database. You build code around it, zap tool.
Initial tests have already shown that AI agents can take over complex workflows such as lead generation, research or content publishing with virtually no manual intervention.
