Research: Finding the right creators

You analyze current trends in influencer marketing, identify suitable influencers and prepare comprehensive market analyses. Your focus is on developing and implementing the best strategies for our clients.

Campaign management: postings, approvals, insights

You plan, develop and manage influencer campaigns from A to Z. You will work closely with influencers, coordinate communication and ensure that the campaign goals are achieved.

Reporting: Determine and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)

After each campaign, you create detailed reports in which you analyze the performance and evaluate it based on KPIs. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible results and focus on continuous optimization.

Professional experience: Optional (lateral entry possible)

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in an agency, ideally in the field of influencer marketing or social media management. Alternatively, you have the opportunity to join us via an internship. Depending on your previous experience, the internship will last between 2 and 6 months.

Marketing and management skills

You love managing campaigns, developing strategies and are a real numbers person when it comes to KPIs. You have a strong understanding of marketing processes and are able to implement projects independently and in a goal-oriented manner.

Strong communication skills

You are not afraid to get in touch with influencers, customers and partners. You impress with your open manner and your ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way.

Team player

Although you work independently, you are a real team player. You support your colleagues whenever necessary and contribute to a positive working atmosphere. That’s why there is no remote work. We value direct communication within the team, which is why we work on site in the office. This allows you to contribute your ideas directly and work with us on creative solutions. However, working from home is of course possible in some cases after one year of operation.
