In addition, we are in the next few weeks directly on three dates as a speaker to experience, in Cologne, Munich and in June in Berlin. After four meetings today (perfume, music and again real estate) it&#8217;s 11:18 pm and I&#8217;m sitting with my notebook on our rooftop at a relaxed 28° and a cappocino. Finally some time to collect some references of the last months or the last year. I was able to find some more and wanted to give a small overview of the last interviews.</p>

<h3>CPM: Costs for 1,000 ads</h3>
<p>CPM &#8211; <a href="https://socialmediaagency.one/cpm-costs-per-mille-marketing-abbreviation-definition-calculation-cpc-difference/" data-type="post" data-id="17358" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=17313">CPM</a> (cost per 1,000 ads), i.e. &#8220;Costs Per Mille&#8221;, tells you how much it costs if your ad is played or displayed 1,000 times. Speaking of costs, the costs for advertisements are never the same, they differ due to many parameters. Important for the price difference, however, is for example the competition, how many competitors are also advertising on your keywords?</p>

<h3>CPC: Cost per click</h3>
<p>CPC &#8211; <a href="https://socialmediaagency.one/cpc-this-is-how-much-a-click-costs-statistics-google-ads-eu-comparison/" data-type="post" data-id="16988" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=16979">CPC</a> (Costs Per Click) describes the amount of costs incurred for a click on your &#8220;target&#8221; (your own Facebook channel, your Facebook store, job ads on Facebook, your online store, landing pages, etc.).</p>
<p>Calculation:</p>

<li>2 Euro = 2,000 Euro / 1,000 clicks</li>

<p>The key performance indicator (CPC) is important because reach alone (especially in the sales aspect) is of little significance.</p>
<p>Even more important, however, is the conversion rate and the LAC.</p>
<h3>Conversion rate: target measurement</h3>
<p>Conversion rate &#8211; This percentage deals with the success of Facebook ads. Calculated very simply: If your ad was played 100,000 times on Facebook and your goal was achieved 2,000 times (e.g. sold), the conversion rate is 2%.</p>

<h3>LAC: Lead Acquisition Costs</h3>

Today we took a close look at advertising tattoos for Sat1 breakfast television with our social media expert Stephan Czaja! A few weeks ago a young man reads out of pure love for the airline &#8220;Ryanair&#8221; a huge tattoo on his forearm. Watch there: A large aircraft with the logo of the company over 30 centimeters area. He himself says he didn&#8217;t get any money for it, he did it out of pure love. What&#8217;s the matter with you? He simply enjoys flying with the airline.</p>
<h2>Sat1 Breakfast TV interview: Tattoo Marketing</h2>
<p>There are many examples which have earned good money by renting their skin as advertising space. One of the most famous examples comes naturally from the United States, in the middle of the forehead makes a young lady advertise a great online casino. How much money does it make, is it a smart business idea?</p>
<ul>

<h2>Advertising: It depends on the range</h2>
<p>Reach is worth a lot for companies, therefore you book classical advertising, e.g. on posters or also in search engines. Clever viral campaign or not &#8211; at the end of the day any space can be used for advertising. What matters is the range achieved.</p>
<p>Advertising means reach and therefore perception by potential end customers (target group). The more advertising you place, the more likely it is that a customer will fall back on the company&#8217;s product, for example the next time they visit Google or the supermarket. In short, the more range, the better. Let&#8217;s set up such a small calculation example to show how to calculate such a tattoo.</p>
<h3>Calculation of advertising costs (digital): profitability</h3>
<p>For our example, we are looking at a classic advertising campaign on Instagram.</p>
<ol>
<li>For each impression (view by user) we pay a few cents and for each click (for example in the Insta Story to the online shop) maybe 40 or 50 cents.</li>
<li>For 1000 impressions we pay maybe 15 €.</li>
<li>For a brand tattoo you can take between 5.000 Euro and 6.000 Euro, for the neck area already 10.000 to 15.000 €.</li>
</ol>
<p>As a company, we can now simply offset.</p>
<ol>
<li>If 1000 impressions in the classic online advertising cost us 15 €, our tattoo on the neck would have to be (over the lifetime)</li>
<li>1000 (so much cost 1000 impressions) x 1000 people reach</li>
<li>That is, for a compensation one must count as a marketing manager with altogether 1.000.000 humans and/or Impressions, so that the 15.000 € expenditures pay themselves.</li>
</ol>
<p>Can an unknown &#8220;brand ambassador&#8221; do this?</p>

<p>Of course, it&#8217;s not just a question of mere reach, the target group is also decisive &#8211; that&#8217;s why brands for younger companies in particular book such crazy ideas. If our airline planned this viral coup, it did it very cleverly. After all, the tattoo was not only a viral topic in the social networks, even Sat 1 Finally the end of workday and Sat 1 breakfast television have reported about it today. This means that millions of contacts have been made for the airline. That means range and new impressions. The logo presence was over 10 seconds broadcast time!</p>

<p>In the lecture Influencer Marketing on more than 90 individual slides, the magic but also the mechanism behind the marketing strategy will be discussed. Social networks and the World Wide Web have changed our entire world forever. From stock markets that trade in real time today to real-time communication around the world. The friend calls his girlfriend from Australia, they have a first-class conversation, although she is in the USA. Accordingly, information spreads rapidly. Influencers therefore create large viral effects, viral effects that advertising agencies but also social media agencies want to use profitably for their customers. I tell you about my experiences as a young entrepreneur and company owner. In our various areas, from model management to social media, influencer marketing, fashion photography, videography, online marketing and search engine optimization. These are all great buzzwords, but there is much more behind the entrepreneur. Keywords telephone systems, buying and setting up notebooks, office spaces, folders, cupboards, plug connectors. All this is part of entrepreneurship and of course on the way to the top. It&#8217;s 90% work and 10% pleasure, but those 10% are worth all the effort!</p>

<p>Starting a business in today&#8217;s environment, especially in Germany, is not that easy. The figures have also fallen significantly since 2015 and are now 30% below the level. Business start-ups in Germany are declining, as is the often celebrated start-up culture. While on TV investors are looking for ideas to put their capital and know-how into them, reality shows that this spirit has not arrived for a long time. People need courage, inspiration and someone to tell them they can do it. As long as they know for themselves, I&#8217;ll make it!</p>
<p>The formula for successful entrepreneurs is quite simple, be diligent and clever! And always do what you love! I like to compare entrepreneurs to football, when we were kids on the pitch every day, it doesn&#8217;t really feel like work when we train every day for the top games today. Nobody needs to motivate us, we just like to do it. Nobody has to tell us that you have to learn something new, we do that all by ourselves to develop ourselves further.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the spirit that makes an entrepreneur!</p>

<p>In this lecture, in the middle of Berlin Alexanderplatz, it was about this spirit of an entrepreneur for two days and more than four hours each. On the basis of Best Practice examples and naturally also practice-related topics such as the business plan, I will show you how to achieve independence as a young person, student or even in old age and how to build a team, a company and a brand. On both days, Swiss students from the University of Economics and Computer Science presented more than 100 slides on all important topics. In the end, the students should start their own company and present it in a pitch.</p>

<p>In this pitch, each group has five minutes to present their company. You may know this concept from television when investors are on the lookout again! It&#8217;s the same in reality. Investor pitches are fast and you have to convince within minutes. It was a great task for me and it was a lot of fun to judge the different and creative concepts. In the end, I was really amazed at the innovative power that came from the group. Perhaps not at all surprising, because completely differently than in Germany, the number of start-ups in Switzerland increases every year! At this point once again greetings from Berlin to Zurich and until next year.</p>
<h2>Live Alexanderplatz Berlin from HSO School of Economics and Computer Science (Zurich, CH)</h2>
<p>What is special about this lecture is that the whole group travels from Zurich. This of course also gives a speaker a higher pressure than an appointment on site. Accordingly, I prepare myself for the lectures as well. Likewise, the slides are almost completely individually tailored to this one presentation. Twice a year we meet in Berlin and work out concepts for social media marketing, online marketing, personnel management and everything that modern entrepreneurship entails.</p>
<p>Economics and computer science are two of the essential foundations for success today. The modern technology and communication structure has changed our entire basis, phone books have given way to CSV tables, communication is handled by a chatbot and the entire invoice processing and accounting is automated. Those who find the best interfaces here will make great progress in their careers and careers. Whether in the company as an executive, in management or independently as an entrepreneur and CEO.</p>

<p>Instagram bots are currently the absolute hype, not only among bloggers but also among companies. Since we deal with the topic of social media marketing and all its facets on a daily basis, and also receive daily inquiries from companies and, of course, bloggers, we wanted to take the time to illuminate the functionality, <a href="https://socialmediaagency.one/social-media-strategy-for-facebook-youtube-instagram-co-agency-tips/" data-type="post" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=5977" data-id="19261">strategies</a> and effects of bots in detail. First of all, we would like to establish how a social bot works.</p>
<h3>How does an Instagram bot work?</h3>
<p>The various free and paid offerings or apps were created to allow you to generate organic growth without investing your own time or the time of your employees.</p>
<p>The software ensures that Likes are automatically submitted, i.e. &#8220;Like&#8221; statements for individual images and videos. The bot also ensures that comments are posted. Likewise, you can follow and later unfollow people.</p>

<p>An Instagram bot has nothing to do with buying likes or comments. In theory, the bot replaces a human employee whose job it is to provide interaction on social networks every day. E.g. on Instagram, one of the most popular new social networks in the world. Not quite 10 years in the market, Instagram will soon have over a billion users, according to the company&#8217;s founder&#8217;s current projections. Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger are both only 31 years old.</p>
<p>The extreme power of Instagram shows not only in advertising, but also in the media. Bloggers are getting more and more attention and higher and higher placements even in TV formats. Likewise at the various events around the world.</p>

<p>Through the targeted promotion to the followers of a particular channel, the target group is very narrow. For example, if you work for our tool company, then it would be obvious to take a group that is close to the craft. However, the promotion is based on the use of a hashtag. If a user enters this hashtag within Instagram, for example #handwerk, the Instagram bot will interact with his posting. Due to the fact that this post is already in a similar thematic segment, the probability that the respective user will interact with us is also high here.</p>
<h3>Promotion by location: Regional advertising</h3>
<p>You can also send targeted likes and comments by location. To do this, you simply create a new promotion in the Instagram bot and search for the respective location. This method is of course extremely well suited for promotions that have a regional reference. If we make a <a href="https://socialmediaagency.one/geofilter-advertising-to-local-and-regional-target-groups-on-social-media/" data-type="post" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=9001" data-id="9310">regional advertising campaign</a> for the Berlin area, for example, we can target people who are or have been in Berlin. This way, the scatter effects of the individual campaign are of course much lower and thus the effectiveness is significantly higher.</p>
<h3>Pro! Promotion by targets through CSV import</h3>
<p>If you have a dedicated IT department in your company, you can also issue lists to target people by the <a href="https://socialmediaagency.one/user-name-id-allocation-and-marking-tag/" data-type="post" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=9921" data-id="9931">ID of</a> their Instagram accounts. However, this is a bit more complex and will not be covered in this short tutorial. Because: For 95% of all companies and businesses, it is absolutely sufficient if they target on subscribers and on hashtags.</p>
<h2>The promotion is on: Likes, comments and followers</h2>
<p>Once we have created our first promotions, we can now see them in our dashboard. Here we have the individual channels or hashtags neatly listed next to each other. The green background color shows on which channel the bot is currently active.</p>
<p>One has three functional fields: Likes, Comments, and Subscribers. Each field can be activated and deactivated. If you deactivate the likes, no new likes will be given. If you deactivate the comments, the bot will no longer post comments, the same happens with subscribers. Especially with the subscribers &#8220;follow function&#8221; you should be careful. Imagine a big megastar follows 5,000 people himself. Another megastar only follows 50 people. Which channel seems more exclusive? Especially for companies and businesses you should not overdo it, maybe Likes and comments are enough to get reactions from other users.</p>

<h3>Analysis and evaluations of the promotion</h3>
<p>Before we get to the conversion analysis, let&#8217;s take a quick look at the &#8220;Skip&#8221; field. Skipped shows how many channels were skipped due to the settings (Settings &gt; Filters). Here you can set the properties of the followers you want our bot to interact with. Here is another screenshot of possible settings:</p>

<p>Particularly interesting are only the &#8220;conversations&#8221;. The higher this percentage is, the more effective the individual promotion is. So if we have 20 different promotion targets and we now have a range of one percent to 1% to 12%, we can disable 10 of the promotion that don&#8217;t bring the effectiveness as the top 50%. So we can gradually select which promotion is profitable and which is not.</p>
<p>In the &#8220;Status&#8221; you can only select if a promotion is active, paused or even if it should be deleted.</p>
<h2>Pros. Spin comments with text variables</h2>
<p>Uniqueness, unique content, is always important when it comes to content ratings. If every comment is &#8220;nice!&#8221;, it doesn&#8217;t look very creative to users. Among many other features, as well as setting the speed of likes or comments or even linking from likes and comments or separating them, as well as specifying maximum likes and minimums, there remains one important feature that should be mentioned! It is called comment spinning.</p>

<p>If you lengthen the brackets enough and put several in a row, new comments will keep appearing. This again helps in hiding the activities through a social media tool but also for the variants of comments that can be seen by the users. Through this feature, you can individualize your comments. What helps here is to also use some longer text or emoticons. To do this, you simply select content that you have on your own computer. You upload it and determine at what time the media should be published.</p>
<p>This saves an extremely large amount of time at work. Because every evening or every morning or even afternoon there is no need to post. So if you don&#8217;t have time, the software takes care of everything. So you can sit down on a Sunday with a cup of tea and plan all the posts for the coming days and weeks. The software then automatically takes over the publication of the content on Instagram. Individual posts can still be posted in addition, as well as you still have the interaction option of Instagram Stories.
